We’re sorry that you didn’t love Hair Urchins products! We want you to enjoy your hair concealing experience as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Send us an email at within 30 days upon receipt of your products with your name, order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason(s) why they didn’t work for you and we’ll be happy to refund you in full to your original method of payment. Please note:

  1. The Discounted Products,  Hair Urchins Bundle set, Subscription Recurring Product , Gifts and Promotional items sold online are final sale. Exchanges and refund are not allowed.

Hair Urchins is unable to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
